ChartGlow is a data visualization platform that allows users to create animated charts and export them as video files. We provide both free and paid subscription tiers.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the data you upload to ChartGlow. By using the service, you grant us a license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. The ChartGlow platform, including its software, design, and branding, is the exclusive property of Zest4ad SAS.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws in France.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zest4ad SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in France.
